How long is the warranty period?

• The warranty period for all KOOC products is 1 Year. It applies under normal usage and does not cover damage resulting from negligence, misuse or improper installation of parts.

How long does it take for my goods to arrive?

• Your item will usually be shipped via UPS, USPS and Amazon Logistics. It will normally take 1-7 business days depend on your shipping plan

How to calculate the shipping cost

• Shipping cost is based on your order's price and shipping method. Usually the shipping charge is 4-12 USD (according to your order’s price) for each package. Free shipping for order over 19.9 USD (Standard Shipping ONLY)

Can I return the item and get refunds after I purchase

• We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
