Crispy fish burgers is a great way to get your family to eat more fish! Simple and delicious fried fish nuggets topped with pickles and cheese between the soft and warmed top and bottom bagel burger.
Ingredients:
2 Basa fish nuggets
1 Bagel burger
1 Slice of lettuce
2 Slices of tomato
4 Slices of pickled cucumber
1 Slice of cheese
3oz Low gluten flour
2.8oz Corn starch
0.1oz Baking powder
10g Salt
3g Black pepper
Step by Step Cooking Instructions:
Cut the bagel burger in two.
Marinate the basa fish nuggets with black pepper and salt to taste.
Mix crushed black pepper, salt, baking powder, corn starch, low gluten flour and water to make a batter mixture. Then put the balsa fish pieces into the mixture and coat with the mixture.
Fry the fish nuggets in oil at 320°C until browned on both sides.
Top half of the bagel with Lettuce, pickled cucumber, tomato slices, cheese slices, and fried fish nuggets. Finish with the other half of the bagel.
