C.R.I.S.P.Y. Without deep frying? WHAT IS THIS MADNESS!
These buffalo wings are air fried instead of deep fried but are just as crispy and delicious as what you’d order at a restaurant.
Ingredients:
20pcs Chicken wings
2oz Sriracha chilli sauce
1oz Butter
0.07oz Salt
0.35oz Sugar
0.1oz Ground garlic
Flour
Oil
Step by Step Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Marinate the chicken wings for 2 hours in a mixture of sriracha chili sauce, ground garlic, salt and butter.
Step 2: Coat the chicken wings with flour. Spray the basket with oil, place the chicken wings on top and spray again.
Step 3: Air fry at 180°C for 15 minutes (Halfway through, turn the chicken wings over).
Step 4:Topped with sriracha chili sauce.
