Breakfast with KOOC - Easy Omelette with Baguette Galic Bread & Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients:

2 Eggs

5 Cherry tomatoes

5 Slices of baguette

1 Bell pepper

30g Butter

2 Garlic cloves

0.5g Chopped parsley

1g Salt

0.3g Ground black pepper

Step by Step Cooking Instructions:

Step 1: Mince the garlic and shred the bell pepper.

Step 2: In a bowl, add 20g butter, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, parsley, and mix well to make gralic butter.

Step 3:  In another bowl, beat two eggs and beat evenly with a whisk.

Step 4: Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.

Step 5: Spread the garlic butter evenly over each baguette slices.

Step 6: Put into the toaster at shade setting 3.

Step 7: Heat 10g butter in a non-stick skillet over a low heat until melted. Pour in the beaten eggs. Carefully roll up the bottom when the eggs form.

Step 8: Saute cherry tomatoes shortly for a minute.

Step 9: Saute bell peppers shortly for a minute.

Step 10: Serve on a plate and enjoy!
