My personal favorite sandwich recipe - Mango Salsa & Curry Chicken Bagel Sandwich. Mango with lime complements and enhances the flavor of chicken. A bite on this sandwich reminds me of my last vacation along Thailand seaside.
Ingredients:
100g Mango
100g Chicken breast
50g Endive
0.1g Chopped Parsley
0.1g Salt
0.1g Crushed black pepper
3g Lime juice
15g Olive oil
3g Curry powder
15g Coconut milk
6g Whipping cream
0.1g Salt
15g Tomato sauce
Step by Step Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Dice the mango. To make mango salsa, mix together the diced mange with salt, black pepper, lime juice and 5g olive oil.
Step 2: Marinate the sliced chicken with curry powder, coconut milk, whipping cream and salt for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Heat 10g olive oil on the stovetop. Saute the sliced chicken breast.
Step 4: Cut the bagel in two and toast on shade setting 4.
Step 5: Layer a half of bagel with endive, cooked chicken breast, ketchup, and mango salsa. Top off with the other half of bagel.
Step 6: Spread a spoon of mango salsa on the top and you are in for the treat!
