Ingredients:

1 Corn

250g Pork belly

40g Red bell pepper

40g Yellow bell pepper

40g Green bell pepper

1 Garlic

6-8 Black tiger shrimp

250g Beef ribs

100g Mushrooms

4 Slices of bacon

250g Chicken breast

5g Chili powder

10g Salt

10g Black pepper

5g Thyme

5g Rosemary

5g Garlic powder

5g Cinnamon powder

5g Chopped parsley

20g Olive oil

5g White vinegar

Step by Step Cooking Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare veggies - Wash and cut the corn into thirds or quarters as needed. Cut the whole garlic in two halves and bell peppers into large triangle pieces. Sprinkle the corn, garlic and bell peppers with salt, black pepper and olive oil. Wash the mushrooms and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

Step 2: Bake the corn, garlic, peppers and mushrooms in oven to 180℃. Take out bell peppers and mushrooms in 10 minutes, and take out corn and garlic in another 5 minutes.

Step 3: Prepare bacon rolls - Spread the slices of bacon on the chopping board. Take the chicken breast and some pork belly (not all of it) and cut into thin slices. Place the slices on the bacon. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, chili powder and thyme. Roll the bacon up and fix with toothpicks.

Step 4: Wash the beef ribs well, and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, chili powder, rosemary and olive oil. Wash the tiger shrimp, sprinkle with salt, black pepper and olive oil.

Step 5: Take the remaining pork belly, and season with salt, black pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, cinnamon powder and chopped parsley except the pork skin. Bake in oven to 160℃ for 20 minutes, then take out and wrap the pork meat with tin foil but expose the pork skin. Put small holes in the pork skin with a fork or a toothpick. Brush the surface of the pork skin with white vinegar.

Step 6: Set oven to 180℃. Bake the half-baked pork belly (prepared in Step 4), bacon rolls, beef rib and shrimp for 20 minutes.Take out shrimp from the oven in 10 minutes, and take out the pork belly, bacon rolls & ribs in another 10 minutes.

Step 7: Cut the cooked bacon rolls into a few bits. Take a serving platter, and place the bacon roll bits, cooked shrimp, cooked ribs and pork. Fill the remaining spaces with veggies, and get ready for the mixed grill party!
